When did you establish your business or start working there?

What’s your favourite coffee style and why?
Flat White - I love the texture of beautifully steamed milk while still picking up the unique characteristics of the particular espresso.

Why are you passionate about coffee?
The memories of my first experience of specialty coffee at Temple in Sacramento are still very vivid in my mind. The flavour, the texture and even the temperature were things I’d never experienced in a coffee before. Being able to create that experience for people who haven’t had it before and seeing their faces afterwards is truly one of the most rewarding things in life.
