Opened the business at Dovecot Studios in 2011
What’s your favourite coffee style and why?
Espresso. There’s no hiding your mistakes with that one.
Why are you passionate about coffee?
I am passionate about creating warm, welcoming cafes with skilled service and good food, that also serves really good coffee. The coffee has to be great but it’s really cafe culture that I am passionate about.
Anything else?
We have our little pop up #Stag2 which spent 8 months at Warburton Gallery and the festival at Dancebase.
