Started working here as a barista in October 2013 and took over management in April 2015
What’s your favourite coffee style and why?
Anne - Chemex, because it’s so delicate and tea-like and you can pick up on much more subtle flavours.
Why are you passionate about coffee?
Because there’s never a dull moment when you work with coffee, there’s always new coffees to try, more things to learn, techniques to be improved.
Anything else?
Just that it’s a very exciting time to be involved in the coffee scene in Edinburgh because there’s so many passionate people in the industry and they’re doing an amazing job at getting great coffee to the people of this great city!
